Please ensure that when calling the Stock-It support line, you have your software maintenance contract number at hand. It will not be possible to help you unless this number is provided.

The support lines operate as part of the maintenance contract and are available between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

The aim, if possible, is to provide customers with an instant response to their query during the first telephone call. If the query cannot be resolved immediately then a log number will be allocated and a response will be given as soon as possible. In most instances a 'workaround' solution will be given within 8 working hours of logging a problem.
